Make your voice heard on or before Tuesday, November 4
Election Day is Tuesday, November 4. Absentee/early voting will begin on Friday, September 19. There are three ways to vote on the referendum. Residents can vote early/absentee either in person or by mail or in person on Election Day at their respective polling location.

Vote early/absentee in person
Friday, September 19 — Monday, November 3
Available starting Friday, September 19, through Monday, November 3, early/absentee voting will be available in person at your respective polling location below on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Vote early/absentee by mail

To receive a ballot, you must complete an absentee ballot application. Download an application, complete it, and return it to your respective county location, which is noted below.
Once the county receives your completed absentee ballot application, an absentee ballot will be sent to you to complete.
Complete your absentee ballot and return it either by mail or in person to your respective county location, which is noted below.
All completed absentee ballots must be received by your respective county no later than 8:00 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. Click here to track your absentee ballot once it’s submitted. Due to postal delays, if you plan to vote absentee ballot by mail, send your completed ballot no later than Tuesday, October 21, to ensure it arrives on time. Otherwise, return your completed absentee ballot in person.

To vote in person on Election Day, you must be registered to vote. You can register online here or in person on Election Day.
Mail-Ballot Precincts
Residents of the City of Cosmos and the townships of Cosmos, Danielson, Cedar Mills, and Harvey in Meeker County
Registered voters in the City of Cosmos and the townships of Cosmos, Danielson, Cedar Mills, and Harvey in Meeker County are mail-ballot precincts and will automatically be mailed a ballot to complete and return.

If you live in one of those areas and are not registered to vote, please do so here no later than Friday, September 19. If you are not a registered voter, a ballot will not be automatically mailed to you, and you must request an absentee ballot using the instructions below.
